Lakers FC is a non-profit organization with a mission to be more than just a soccer club... to build an inclusive community that instills a lifelong passion for the game of soccer to the Lake Minnetonka and surrounding areas.

Provide elite-level coaching, programming, and development that provides both a plan and a pathway for players to achieve their individual goals, become better players, and better human beings.

CORE VALUES

Learn the game... ALL of it  --  players will receive technical and tactical training that covers EVERY aspect of the game that is appropriate for their age level so they are prepared to succeed both individually and as a team on the field.

INTENSITY  --  Whether its practice or a game players are expected to give it their all and go as hard as they can. Effort is fully replenishable, never leave the field thinking you could have given more.

COMPETE  -- instill a passion to compete and play at your highest level in both practices and games. Prepare players and teams so they are in the best position to compete, push through any challenge, and succeed on the field.

FUN  --  the catalyst of what youth sports and soccer should be. The goal for every practice and game is for each player to leave with a look on their face that is better than the one they arrived with. If you're not having fun it's not worth playing.

COMMUNITY  --  Creating an inclusive environment for competitive players from all backgrounds to achieve success in soccer and in life. We are stronger together as a team and community that embraces creativity + new ideas on and off the field.
